RETURNS FOR DAMAGED WORKS
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, please write to us attaching a photo of the item and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, addressing your email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please indicate in your email: 1) your order number, 2) the shipping ID, 3) a brief description of the reason for the return, 4) an indication of whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email from us with an update and steps on how to proceed.
RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS
Returns of our artworks are accepted if they are initiated within 3 days of delivery for any reason whatsoever. If 3 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping using a recognized international courier company such as UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT . All returns must include original packaging and the customer is required to pay for shipping insurance. Shipping, shipping insurance and framing costs (if any) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping, shipping insurance and framing (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. The following products cannot be returned:
Downloadable software products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
